seems like the government have changed their policy on prohibited substances and now trying the pleasant appoach.
not sure the location is a good one, on marine parade near to where the coaches stop.

I can remember years ago a newspaper photo of Ian Botham emerging from a court after being fined for possessing cannabis, he was walking past a sign with the same wording!

i remember that one, it was a winter when botham had asked for a rest from touring.
after the case someone in the office cracked "no wonder he would not go away with england, couldn't find anyone to water the plants".

Looks like it's just been turfed, I think it's that new grass their using.
After a few weeks you have to water it with beer and it comes up half cut.
grass grows by the inches but dies by the feet.
