  a lot of people are unaware that photo card licences have to be renewed every 10 years at a cost of £.20 and a new photograph.
  
  failure to do so can result in a fine of £.1000.
  
  worth checking the small print on your licence.

  nobody likes their passport or driving licence photo mel.
  
  the problem is that every 10 years we have to add a new photo that looks even worse than the last one.
