Even worse is when people empty their ash tray into the gutter, happens often outside my place by parents dropping their kids off at the pre-school.

Where are the 'Litter Squad' when you need them to issue penalty notices?

Only a handful of them Lew and they have to cover the whole district so will only appear in town centres where there are much easier pickings. I believe that parking wardens are now authorised to issue fixed penalty notices for littering.

Many years ago a friend of mine whilst riding a motor scooter had a fag end blow inside his jacket due to some prat throwing it from his car when overtaking. Luckily he noticed it as he could smell his jumper starting to burn.A true story.

Just to counter that one a lady motor cyclist discarded one that just missed me when standing at a bus stop. I knew it was a lady as the motorised bicycle in question is pink and parked up in Pencester Road very often.
I haven't quite fathomed out how anyone can smoke whilst in control of a motor bike.

They must wear an open faced crash helmet,dont think it would be possible if wearing a full faced.
