I disagree. They have gone well beyond their remit.
They are meant to take our money and provide us services such as toilets, allotments, markets and flower displays.
They are not meant to take our money and give it to some local cause (and while I stand tp be corrected I don't think this group is a registered charity) which does absolutely nothing for local people.
