Update
Dear Goodwin Sands SOS supporter,
Fundraising
Although we have reached our initial fund raising target, we have an ambitious plan to raise £11,000 by 11am on 11th November in respect of all those Airmen whose graves lie in the Goodwin Sands and who gave their lives so bravely and willingly so that we could be free.

Judicial Review
As you know, our claim for a Judicial Review was lodged at the High Court a fortnight ago. Last week, a copy of the papers was sent to both the Marine Management Organisation (MMO) and to Dover Harbour Board as an interested party. The MMO has 21 days to respond with a counter claim which will also be lodged at the High Court. The Court will then make a decision, we expect either before Christmas or in the New Year, whether to grant us a Judicial Review. We are confident and hopeful that we have a good legal case and that the decision will be in our favour.
Whilst you lay your wreath or observe your two minute silence on Sunday, please also remember those young airmen who died on the Sands during WWII and whose final resting places are at risk from desecration from dredging by Dover Harbour Board.

Thank you!
