    The next phase of Dover's regeneration is moving ahead with or without DHB as a contributing partner.

    DDC were consultees to the MMO the same as everyone else.

    DDC's consistent view was that the MMO were the deciding body & they should make a decision, whatever it may be, based on scientific , environmental & heritage factors & stop prevaricating.

    Simple & non controversial I would have thought.

    The experts produce the reports, the MMO decide or not based on factors they alone judge.

    Conspiracy theorists & the naysayers have their views.
