As it should be Keith without amateur interference #522 .

The MMO have ducked decisions because of local publicity pressures.

We now have bandwagon experts!! who have watched the debate joining what they perceive is the populist side.

It has not done the local economy any benefit & has the potential to undermine next phase of Town Centre development because DHB will say they can't progress to a timetable or carry on at all because of extra financial costs. No scheme or diluted scheme.

Waterfront to Town Hall regeneration including Town Team project is setback.

Town Centre shops topic on Forum will continue with gloom.

DHB have not covered themselves with glory with their recent PR attempt but the kernel of the issue was in the publicity, however badly delivered.

The MMO are the culprits for not having the backbone to make a decision -whatever it may be.

They have the evidence & should have the cojones to decide, not be afraid of a judicial review threat if they support DHB.

If they decide against, the scenario above pans out & the handwringing starts .

The best outcome this Forum could help deliver is write to MMO & insist they deliver a speedy decision & don't start another set of consultations based on rare swimming newts & bats being discovered.
