In terms of the "publicity machine" comment, I don't blame DHB for taking a tone that actually cuts through. I do think it is a shame that it has come to this, but DHB have started fighting fire with fire. People were not listening. They are now.
The problem is DHB have no need to fight fire with fire they only have to convince the MMO using the evidence.
This garnering of public support is purely an exercise to cause conflict with the public and the SOS group, it shows DHB are still the bullies they always were.
It is a totally unnecessary action.
