Forgive me if I'm missing the obvious, but what do you mean by "failed to make adequate provision"? What do you expect DHB to do? They have looked at 16 alternative sources of material, the next cheapest being twice the cost of using the Goodwins.
The idea that rocketing costs won't have a tangible impact on the final product is fantasy. Why should DHB not be allowed to make this clear?
