What a load of rubbish he is saying ,if anything it will make even more jobs in my way of thinking,again we see the D,H,B, using Mr Wiggins just to keep their own names out of it,so he will take all the slack from the public. As I have pointed out any times over the last few years, Mr Wiggins wanted the D,H,B, to sellout to a group he was running,and if it had been still going on today,Mr Wiggins would be saying the same as we are .Do not take the sand from the GOODWIN,S but because his plan did not work out he jump ship and went on the side of the D,H.B. a job he is getting paid for.and now he is saying the D,H,B, have a right to take the sands, The white man talk,s with fork tongue as the Red INDIANS WOULD SAY.
