    And if the Goodwin sands had not be there what would they have done then? if they put the costs of doing the work and in that cost they counted in the use of the Goodwin sands then they done it wrong, how did they know at that time they could have the sand? or did they just take it for granted?that the public of Dover would not make a stand to stop it.If they did the Quote of cost doing that then they were very silly,there are much bigger developments going on which do not have the use of the Goodwin sands ,and they do a better job of Quoting the cost of the work without taking a war grave away or homes for wild life.I have been and still for the new build ,but when it first came out they did not say they had put in their Quot the taking of the sand.And I still think Mr Wiggins jumped ship when he found out that the port was not going to be sold off to his group.The old saying "If you can not beat them, join them."
