I fear the Dover Harbour Board will have a hissing fit over all of this. The last time they were challenged over the behaviour of Bob Goldfield resulting in him departing. They mullered the Prince of Wales Pier, knowing it was so very popular with the Town and Residents of Dover. Plus so many other people.

What will they do about this? They cannot add any more non-executive Directors to their board, for a handsome sum. Judas money mmmm.

Maybe they will flatten yet another Grade 11 listed building(s). Cambridge Terrace for instance.

For sure there will be threats and payback.
