The tribunal /hearing has been set for March expected to last for two days. The main appellants are the Estate of late Jimmy Godden.
You may remember this was a point of contention is the Old MFI site debate recently.

Also about puting a car park on the roof of a big new store to be build on the front of the site.In the end the council will have it their way and will be very good for Margate,As I said many times before there are more issues then just housing when you go to rebuild part of a seaside town and Dover also need to follow this one,and move in the same way.Again they will be done and dusted before Dover get off the ground.Burlington house will still be there for some years yet.Well that is how I see it,could be wrong,we will have to wait and see.

I just don't see a vintage fairground will pay its way , a mix of old a and new maybe

I think that will be done that way Mr Bibby ,We have been in the old one 100s of times over the years,and it was great.

i think it will take off keith, nostalgia sells - plus the turner centre is bringing people into margate.
