  I think you are right. I organised for David Flood from Canterbury Cathedral to form a choir to perform some music by Thomas Tallis and contemporaries at Dover College, the site of the old Priory where Tallis first came to note. I think the Festival had some merit but stretching it over a year was over ambitious. Perhaps Vic would like to have some input as it was his idea and did generate some intersting activities.
