When will the council decide enoughbis enought?
£75 fine if you drop a fag butt but £0 for dropping a needle.
Shooting up in the street seems to be ok they might get asked too move on.
Stealing from people seems to be ok for the smack heads too. But if you defend yourself from them you are in the wrong.
Whats next? Surely something needs to be done about this ever increasing plague

Rounded up and batoned would be a good idea but that will never happen.As for defending youself you cant do that.Those that have lived in Dover for a while will know of my scaffolder mate that got 12 years after beating one of these scumbags that had robbed his house.The same scumbag walks free today after robbing o.a.ps etc etc and serving sentences that take the p""". Until a hard line is taken nothing will ever change,you and i are paying for these people to exist.The authorities seem to pamper scum.My mate should never have got 12 years,he should have been made mayor of Dover for his services to the public.
