  So,we have a nice new look Mc Donalds and a big new shop opening soon.
  We also have this in between them and it isn't a new feature either,it's been like this for a long now.
  Isn't it an absolute eyesore?
  Who's responsibility is it too put it right?

  My guess is that its Kent Highway's responsibility but I could be wrong....someone will put me right I'm sure!!

  definitely kent highways, they are usually pretty good at responding to a report.

  I'm an ex London Road lady. We lived next door to the Youth Hostel many years ago.

  probably not now jeanette, they have been spending a small fortune repairing pot holes caused by the harsh winter.
  
  they may consider the above picture as an eyesore but not causing danger, thus putting it at the bottom of their "to do" list.

  That bare patch in your picture Penny looks just like the scouser`s driveway down the road has looked for so long, but he`s repaired it now.

  It could have been dug up by a utility company who have to put it back in good order. KCC would chase them if reported.
