    Not sure , I am under the impression the last one was a tenant. But my point was the general appearance which didn't need money just time and effort (which appeared lacking).
    By no means an easy job as you are well aware. But with its location, size and potential catchment area its a shame that it couldn't be made a profitable asset.
    The Marquis has had a huge investment and through that has attracted Michelin star chefs and has had some great success. Though last time there, the latest owners (GSE group) had those trifold advertisers on the tables advertising the Hythe Imperial Xmas function! Not what I would expect at a fine dining establishment, so I'll be interested to see how they progress.
