    Your knowledge of the licensing business is well respected Peter and I sincerely the couple that have taken over the "Lord Nelson"well. On the subject of "tied houses" I can remember reading about 15 years ago that they were illegal under EU law.

    Such a pity that things were not followed up as we might have a few more small pubs still operating.
