Dover,s potholes

  now the castle street decorations are down , lets get them workers filling up the potholes !!!!!
  so lets starting making a list of the worst
  i went from dover to folkestone via capel old route and the old capel hill just outside dover is bad at least a dozen holes of all sizes

  nigel gave details on another thread about reporting to kent highways and making a note of when you report a pot hole and a note of when it is repaired.
  
  they have taken on extra staff to deal with the problem.

  the issue has just arisen on local news, k.c.c. have 45 teams out doing repairs.

  Big Potholes in Buckland Ave,the council are digging up the road,worst area on a bike is London Road,as the road was badly finished and you have to swerve around the drains on a bike,and if you get too close to the pavements the tarmac doesn't quite make the pavements,then in places the drains stick up.
  If you knew what I know,we would both be in trouble!

  i think we all have to be a bit patient here, there has been unprecedented weather conditions at the beginning and end of last year.
  
  personally i was not happy at the gritting but the potholes are aplenty and will not be sorted quickly.
  
  it will help if everybody reports the ones they find, hopefully kent highways will get around to sorting them before the next snow onslaught.

  We all expect too much, there are potholes by the thousand all over East Kent, and the winter isn't over yet !
