    Keith I did post a comment similar to yours .The point everyone is missing is the importance of the chain .I always had to have some one with me because of the importance of the chain .Can you imagine the outrage if the chain went missing..There is no point in having a Mayor if you don't respect the chain .Im surprised at Peter .If you want people to look at Dover in a good light then these petty issuies need to be ironed out out
