    Because Howard, a driver also highlights the importance of those conveyed in addition to "the make of vehicle should reflect the prestige and status of the mayoralty".
    Personally, I thought that sort of thing would have died out in the fifties and surely a bit dated for this day and age? However, perhaps a better and cheaper solution would have been to engage a shorter chauffeur?
    Apologies for that possible "heightism" remark though!
