How could this happen, as you all know the building is due in the near future to be purchased by DDC anyway, so all DDC has to do is bring the purchase forward and then reinstate this art work of international importance.
Why should someone' private business be public business ?
The owner has only sat on this site and the one next door to await DDC paying big £££££ to compulsorarily purchase them, they are certainly not going to give it away cheaply when they know it stands in the way of redevelopment......
