Dovers MP must fight for a new unit

Yes with 20.0000"WHY" I know the Dover Bks has been sold off for housing but at this time the MOD is renting it back,no call at this time for new housing.By the year 2016 Dovers bks could have a make over to bring it up to date,all the buildings still in place etc and Dover lost its Garrinson about 4 years ago, after being a Garrinson town for 100s of years,time to bring the boys back to Dover,that would help the Town in many ways with shops leading the way. But our MP must work on that from today,if he did get them back it just might save his job.BRING THEM BACK HOME TO DOVER.with out a new build Dover could hold up to 1000 troops and new build of house,s for the family ones.

I hope you put backing to this post we need them back in Dover we could even house more than one regiment new jobs would also be made,is a win win for Dover if it happen.

Just read what I have put about that,again you do not read what I have put,it has been rented back to the govermant for training ,somtimes it is hard going to make you understand,but also you think because again we see this "0" its vic matcham talking again,some of you would not agree even if you are thinking it, just because I said it and because most of you have a big dislike for me,with me you get what you see like it or not.

vic,once flogged off they stay flogged off,there is no room around dover to build new barracks.

Hard going again the bks like Canterbury are still there and are being rented back the mod already for training,and to stay the goverment could not buy them back is also wrong

If it were possible, it would be good to have some of our armed forces based at Dover again.

We agree at last have aword with your mate the MP get him on the case if he gets them back to Dover tell him I will vote for him next time.

For good or ill, he's my MP rather than my mate and pretty much we only have dealings over the port. I'll pass the message on of course Mr Vic

The world has changed, even Shorncliffe will be no more soon, Dover is too confined geographically to be viable
