  As many of you know, I ran the Dover Loyalty Scheme for a couple of years or so a few years back. It was a sucessful scheme but cost me too much money - I wasn't taking any money from it (for myself) and couldn't get any financial support for it.
  Monthly full-page adverts were put in the Dover Express, promoting all the members and I was told it was a good way to promote their business; maybe it wasn't as successful for all the business, but you can't please all the people all the time
  
  This is where I built the data-base of email addresses I now use for my Newsletter.
  
  Many Towns and some London Boroughs contacted me about it and were very impressed with it, but couldn't understand why I wasn't able to get any (DDC or DTC) support for it.
  
  I kept the domain name renewed just in case, but now it has come up for renewal again and as things are now, there seems no point in keeping it - does any one want it ?
