    Thank you Reginald, I am not exactly surprised.

    When I volunteered there the whole building was in an awful state with simple patch up jobs done when needed, possibly because (if I remember correctly) it was a repairing lease so the charity spent as little as possible.

    I know the landlord spent nothing on the building for the 7 years I was there, I just hope the charity are not responsible for this repair job.
