  This is about creating a team and a vision and the energy to make a real difference to our town.
  
  The funding will cover some of the small, quick win ideas, but there is loads of other funding available through numerous grant schemes, match funding from councils and/or capital partners etc.
  
  What it does need is all of us to start thinking outside of our comfort zone, being prepared to put our old ideas on hold or away and grasping the nettle to create something new, exciting and interesting for not only the residents of Dover but also for the huge potential market that travels round/through the town every year
