  Keith B. a spoiled vote ends up in the wastepaper basket, but it gives the false impression that another person turned out and voted.
  That's what Parliament wants, to make believe the masses are overwhelmingly following and supporting them.
  They won't say how many votes were deliberately spoiled out of protest.
  
  Then they'll just keep banging on and doing whatever they want. So we must bang back.
