    Oh dear Ray and you are my friend .many people in River fought to be independant of Dover way back in the eighties River Parish Council was formed in April 1987 .I have no feelings to be part of Dover ever again .
    River was part of a six member Ward Buckland ,St Radigunds and River .

    There are too many people who have moved out here because they like the green of the Parks etc but still support Dover when they should be supporting efforts that many of us put into River .
    I could mention names but I will refrain .
