  I do get a bit cross when people have a pop at the young. My son (in his teens and in his 2nd year at Durham Uni) is a real, genuine, natural gentleman, as are his friends who are full of charm. You couldn't find nicer guys. he too would have shown you respect. (My girls are a bit more of a challenge, but I understand from all the other parents I speak to that this is not unusual.....!)
