  It sounds a good idea but it is going to be VERY expensive. Enthuesiasm is always good at the beginning but it will wane. As Pat Sherratt says DHB want something that make money so their charges for mooring will be expensive. Having worked on old tonnage in the commercial world , keeping a ship running is a challenge to say the least. At the meeting there were a few engineers who had sailed on her, ask their thoughts. I wish the project every success but their are many large hurdles ahead. A condition survey will identify the major problems but that is just the start !
