    A few years ago, the Dover Chamber of Commerce were lobbying and harrassing various bodies about funding to have the road lowered at Coombe Valley, so more industry could be placed up there; it nearly got accepted, but as usual, funding (or rather lack of) was the problem.

    Maybe now, all industry needs to move from Coombe Valley to Whitfield Phase 2 or 3, there's plenty of units already standing idle.

    Coombe valley area could then be redeveloped as all residential.
