There is a DHB PCC meeting at the ARK on Tuesday morning, sadly I won't be able to attend, but I have been sent some notes and in them is a section on the Cambridge Terrace works recently carred out.
• The refurbishment of the external elevations of 2 - 9, Cambridge Terrace was completed in January. The works have substantially improved the appearance of these empty buildings and public opinion via the Dover forum has been very positive. Remaining works to the roof elevations will be carried out during the better weather months of May/June.
Good for the Forum and good for DHB that they read it. It will be interesting to see what happens to the insides - could make really good quality apartments, but a lot of conversions from various office styles to homes.
