    The main visible "work" done by DP is their "art instillations" which pay fairly large sums of money to bring artists in from other parts of the country, and Europe, to do poorly received and sometimes insulting concepts. The White Cliffs Creative Guild and the London Road Community Forum have shown that local groups can and do produce better work and are better at doing instillations that improve the town. How is that Dover Pride to bring in artists from Manchester to depict Dover?
