  Not to be too picky here but of that list of partners, DTC is only allowed one attendee and they are appointed to it by Dover Pride, SEEDA and the PCT are being phased out and the CoC is hardly in the best of shape. This leaves the loudest voices as EH, DHB and DDC so the last grant obtained was spent on the seafront and the castle. All of the "art" projects have expected major funding from DTC and yet not used Dover artists. The station approach has been on the plans for more years than DP has been in existance.
  
  On their performance so far do they hope to "transform community aspirations" by getting us used to graffiti and charity shops?
