    The evidence is there for all too see. The B&Q car park was as empty in the Charlton postition as it is now as the end of another road to nowhere. So, relocating it hasn't changed matters much for B&Q it appears.

    On the other hand, the arrival of Morrisons has, on the evidence of an almost constantly full car park, rejuvenated that part of town.

    So, my conclusion is, thank heavens Diane and Keith lost the vote.
