    Most of the old photos that have been put up, show a more elegant, "posher", more "well to do" Dover than the one we have now - which is very sad really.

    But having said that, not many of the old elegant buildings that are still standing, look elegant anymore and that is down to the owners of course - who should be chased up to improve them - section 215 springs to mind.
