    Still not got our tickets.

    Phoned Ticketmaster on premium rate number yesterday (had to wait 10 minutes in a queue) and they said that if the tickets do not arrive by Monday we will have to phone them again on their premium rate number and they will invalidate them and arrange for us to collect them on Wednesday from a collection point.

    We asked them to invalidate them yesterday and arrange collection from the collection point but they would not do this even though they said that our tickets had been passed to Royal Mail on 22 June!

    Apparently they have had lots of complaints about non receipt of tickets so are making lots of money out of people having to phone on their premium phone number.

    It's no good just thinking you can pick up the tickets on Wednesday as, according to the person I spoke to at Ticketmaster, the non received tickets have to be "invalidated".

    Dover District Council should really have sorted this out by now.
