Found the following tragic accident rported in the Kent on Line
A 68-year-old man has died after his moped hit a wall.
The Dover man was riding a red Guillera moped along Kennel Hill, Waldershare at just before 6.30am yesterday when is bike crashed.
He was pronounced dead at the scene by ambulance staff, and officers from the Serious Crash Investigation Unit also attended.

Yes Marek..this is the second moped death in about two weeks and always a very sensitive topic as the families are local and of course grieving. The earlier accident was up on the road to Canterbury not far outside Dover and featured a young man of 24. It was a particularly nasty accident ..wont go into detail as again the families could see this.
Doverforum has been contacted before by families following accidents.

Very sad. Wonder if he had a heart-attack while riding the scooter.

Roger, as you say very sad. Following on from PaulB's comment I do not think speculation about what happened helps the family and friends.

I merely reported verbatum the KOL article. It goes without saying that we all offer our condolences to the family and friends of the deceased.
