07:3290369I'm advised it's on schedule.
A jobs-fair will be next, but will they get the training that Michel Roux gives his waiters and waitresses - now that's customer service and the youngsters are really trying.

08:2690373Yes Ive just seen a tiny bit of Mr Roux in passing and yes the kids seem very keen and of course he knows his onions. Whether such high brow service would be needed all depends of course on what star level the hotel is placed at... I dont know is it aiming to be three, four or heavens even five!? But its all very exciting...with a bit of luck and management foresight we will hopefully be there when it opens with our snapping cameras.

Roger, I've tried to train youngsters, and I found them really trying too.
