    That's a shame. Presumably they'll still have to pay the new GM too for 4 months - give them time to get the marketing and staff training all sorted out too.

    I understand the building is owned by DHB, so they won't have done anything to upgrade it, leaving it to the tenants to pay for any refurbs/upgrades. The previous tenant didn't do anything major (to my knowledge) in all the years I've been in Dover (1994).

    Good Luck to the new owners that it doesn't cost too much.
