    You have to differentiate between the chart and the statistics. Any decent statistician could make a chart that presented a different tale. The figures 'may' be taken from official statistics, but the chart is from the Spectator.

    Anyway it seems the Spectator could do with employing statisticians as opposed to cartographers. If you replace 'public sector' with 'Ryde' and 'private sector' with 'Sandown', you have a pretty good map of the Isle of Wight.

    The only thing that confuses me is the position of Osbourne House.
