    Just wanted to let you all know what your new £26m leisure centre is doing. Dover life guards have been teaching many young people of Dover to swim for over 100 years. As a member of Dover life guards you get first class coaching at a fraction of the cost. The places for people group who have been granted guardianship of the new facility has decided to cut the pool slot for Dover life guards meaning if you want your child to learn to swim, they will have to use the places for people swim schools which cost 3x more a month. This will price out many families. A generation of young people will be lost if finances dictate. I personally would like to thank all the Dover life guards volunteers for all there hard work and dedication to the young people of this town. Places for people should hang their heads in shame. Maybe a re-brand of People for profit is in order
