    Has it come to this in Dover? Absolutely horrible state of disarray. I echo the sense of utter despair mentioned by Pauline Stevens and also share David Little's continued exasperation.

    The many good people of Dover deserve so much better than this. Unless something is done to stamp out this growing social problem in the town centre (yes, town centre!) then it's going to get far, far worse, of that I have no doubt.
