    Just to let you know that I did forward a copy of my post to the community safety department. I didn't think that I'd get a repy let alone a phone call this morning! They have spoken to library staff,the PCSO,and the cleaning department and did take my concerns seriously. They have installed a new CCTV camera,in that area that isn't covered,this morning.
