    I see the general area of the market square has made front page of the express.I agree that the area around the library is getting bad,the whole area is getting worse and Policing is at an all time low,never mind police commisioners etc etc,its all getting seriously bad.Coming back to the area around the library,i saw several low lifes sitting around on the steps boozing it up just the other day.The community warden whoever it was,was having a friendly chat with them like they was doing no wrong.Amazingly when i passed by around 30mins later they was still there,the community warden was nowhere to be seen,why didnt he move them on?hasnt he got the power to do it or couldnt he be bothered?
