    the area around the library and museum is a disgrace with the litter and low lifes there.

    the library itself is a beacon of excellence with the long list of facilities there and the exhibits from the museum such as the one pictured here earlier today.

    a security guard is most definitely needed to deal with some of the behaviour there especially in the computer section.
