All to do with ventilation ducts I think Penny.
A lot of hot air comes out of that building.
grass grows by the inches but dies by the feet.

I've never noticed them before but I usually walk past fast with my head down.
It looks like the architect thought Kent - oasthouse!

i always assumed that were an attempt to localise the court by an architect.
