  That was the name at the front in the Folkestone Rd when I moved here in 2002, filled then with asylum seekers followed by poor migrants from the accession countries. Always an eyesore with over flowing bins and sea gulls treating the forecourt as a running buffet.

  The building to the left of the photo is also now up for sale, it must have been difficult getting custom as a guest house with the problems at the neighbouring property.
