    From Dover Harbour Board

    Dear valued stakeholders

As work on the Dover Western Docks Revival (DWDR) development continues to make progress, the next phase of the work requires an increasing amount of land-based construction.

This will result in increased deliveries of concrete to the DWDR site entrance via Union Street with the necessity to conduct a 24-hr concrete pour on Tuesday 8th May with a further one planned towards the latter part of the week commencing 14th May.

This will consist of continuous movement of concrete delivery vehicles using Union Street starting from 3am and finishing around midnight the following day.

It is essential this work is a continuous operation and we request that you take extra care when accessing and egressing Union Street and the Marina car park.

Pedestrian access to the Esplanade will remain open at all times and we remind pedestrians to proceed with care at all times.

We appreciate your continued patience and support during this exciting waterfront regeneration and will keep you further updated at each construction phase of DWDR.

If you have any questions or concerns about; please contact me at DWDR@doverport.co.uk.
    Yours Faithfully

    Chris Talbot
    DWDR Communications Manager
