Not sure they appreciate my type of humour and are not as easy going as Dover Forumites. One thing I have noticed is that they appear to be fairly homophobic and if a guest requires advice on a how to work live or even visit Jersey they tend to be unhelpful always advising ''don't bother unless you have pots of money''.
The island is always introducing stricter immigration, most good jobs are only available if you have been legally resident on the island for 5 years Rented accommodation is split into categories qualified ie A -J long term or native islanders or non-qualified ie new to the island. The latter being more expensive.Rents start about £1200 per month for a 1 or 2 bed flat then add about £200 per bedroom per month after that etc.No dole ,no benefits for new or casual transient workers.
Anyway have a nosey for yourselves

You will note that oddly there is nothing on the forums about the recent stabbings...odd or what?
